wikiart dataset has moved

The new link is for the readme of the dataset is: https://github.com/cs-chan/ArtGAN/tree/master/WikiArt%20Dataset And the download link is: http://web.fsktm.um.edu.my/~cschan/source/ICIP2017/wikiart.zip

download_dataset.py links needs to be updated

It looks like the google links in the Readme have been updated. Therefore, download_dataset.py needs to be updated to work. For Sony, I've used: download_file_from_google_drive('1G6VruemZtpOyHjOC5N8Ww3ftVXOydSXx', 'Sony.zip') os.system('unzip Sony.zip -d dataset')
