Analysing 3D data

A future extension of the commonly 2D spatial data would be to include "layered" 2.5D data which can then be analysed in 3D. spatialdata already allows for storing it, however, the analysis tools to match this are missing from squidpy. We aim to include these in future releases.

Short-term goals:

• [ ] Getting mouse 3D from @abid-abrar into spatialdata and assess which methods could be needed
• [ ] Trying to visualise Abids from spatialdata, maybe vitessc/napari
