hi @sophieRAIBAUD ,

what type of integration do you have mind? some of the analysis functions we provide should be already usable in codex data. I'd be curious to hear what's the use case you have in mind!

hello just want to analysis these kind of data with squidpy (https://www.akoyabio.com/) which functions work on codex data (I believe its .mav format) Thanks !!
