Restoring conda support

Open LucaMarconato opened this issue 9 months ago • 2 comments

spatialdata is currently not available in conda-forge because xarray-dataclasses-feedstock was not up-to-date (xarray-dataclasses is one of dependencies upstream). Now thanks to @jdblischak and @giovp the blocker is removed 🥳 Thanks!

The following tasks remain open:

  • [x] make spatial-image==1.2.1 available in conda-forge. @giovp I see you closed this PR for it https://github.com/conda-forge/spatial-image-feedstock/pull/5, why?
  • [x] add @timtreis @melonora and @giovp as maintainer of multiscale-spatial-image-feedstock
  • [x] merge the PRs in multiscale-spatial-image-feedstock; some PRs may require spatial-image==1.2.1
  • [x] review and merge the PR for spatialdata==0.3.0. spatial-image (likely) and multiscale-spatial-image needs to be addressed first. I.e. https://github.com/conda-forge/multiscale-spatial-image-feedstock/pull/5 is a blocker.
