Use types instead of labels in issue templates

I think we should consider auto-labeling issues with Types and leaving it up to the user to add labels.

Yeah, I recently tried using them with GitHub’s API, but I couldn’t find any client that had them yet.

They're rolled out now and "type" is available for issue templates.
