Ability to set everyday reminder for @user

Good day, now it is impossible to set reminder for specific user. For example commnd "/remind @john "Test" at 10:15 am every Tuesday" will return "Sorry, I didn’t understand" Error. Please add everyday parameter for setting reminders for specific users.

I'm not sure if this is an issue. The documentation states that:

You can’t set recurring reminders for other members.
