This may not even need to be loaded from a file, it should be possible to get every recipe from mc itself without having to hardcode them at all.

This will be fixed in #3375, it is to do with these blocks being cached, and the cache not working properly with the new height limit.

This now should instead make baritone only swim up to 0.6 of a way through a block, so instead of jumping out above the water we just swim along through...
