Ok, I understand now, I was getting confused with what leijurv was meaning, I thought it was many blocks in a single int / long, not an int per block....

Is that last commit the sort of thing you're looking for @leijurv? I still need to clean it up, but no point doing that if I'm going to need to...

Doesn't baritone already have this, just enable the "renderCachedChunks" setting. I feel like it would be worth using that. I don't think that we really want to save every region...
