Rework mention of `manim init project` in quickstart guide

Hi, sorry for the confusion. I'm following the quickstart guide that is located here: https://docs.manim.community/en/stable/tutorials/quickstart.html

Hidden macOS metadata files (`._*`, `.DS_Store`, etc.) are not ignored as they should be
