This is fixed in the lavaplayer fork we are running (in dev, hasn't hit production yet), thanks to @Shredder121's PR which is part of the fork. Hope it gets merged...

Btw Hastebin and Spotify playlist importers get a function to be asked how many tracks a playlist has (before/without fully loading it), with this commit: f37b6f56962f163a5e016d274897b9b9769ea782, specifically the `PlaylistImporter` interface.
