Could be caused by the second environment variable `HAWKBIT_ARTIFACT_URL_PROTOCOLS_DOWNLOADHTTP_PORT`. At least somebody else reported similar observation (cf. [Gitter](https://gitter.im/eclipse/hawkbit?at=5f728501417bf140aa1c9c48)). Can you confirm that, maybe by removing the env variable?
