I'll take a look at that. I had initially thought about using one of the third party imgui file dialogs but got some feedback that they werent good to use...
Latest release 0.3.0 has file dialog support for linux now.
I believe I added all the necessary fields for the update test, let me know if there's anything which looks off. @BBBmau
