@gauravpansari1991 I'm not sure I understand entirely what you mean by that? The profile always shows all titles and is a different page? Are you referring to the result cards?

The [X API](https://developer.twitter.com/en/docs/twitter-api/users/lookup/introduction) doesn't allow App Only access except for paying customers (which we are not)
This issue was reported in the MVP Slack channel as well and is related to Accept-Language headers and how the ASP.NET Rendering Host doesn't process certain formats of this header...
While the Workaround eliminates the issue for now I'll leave this open till we can do the V22 replacement
