Need to implement [metacontroller](https://github.com/metacontroller/metacontroller), specifically [service-per-pod](https://github.com/metacontroller/metacontroller/blob/master/examples/service-per-pod/README.md) This will enable us to dynamically create the services as the statefulset pods grown and shrink.
