Someone on the gstreamer irc suggested using ` Gst.util_set_object_arg(oenc, 'bitrate_type', 'constrained-vbr')`, and indeed, it works well.

I think this issue pops up because your `~/.kube/config` file is empty. Removing it should fix the issue.

I don't have a zsh setup to test but if someone with zsh can vouch for this I can merge it.

I didn't plan to do it myself, but if you wish to contribute one I'll gladly take it. If you have issues with the current API, just let me know...
