pagination in all api's

I think we have to we have to add pagination on dashboard side and to all list api also, because I think without pagination dashboard data loads slower than usual....

when creating invoice he is passing the price ticker value in extra field so he can show fiat value in frontend.... But the issue is how to store the ticker...

this endpoint should return a json or something, but it is returning a internal error text.
