Calculating mean Average Recall (mAR), mean Average Precision (mAP) and F1-Score

Hey Actually, if you are using matterport TF 2.0 version from [here](https://github.com/akTwelve/Mask_RCNN) , then you have to add USE_MINI_MASK=False inside config then do the things.

UnknownError: Failed to get convolution algorithm. This is probably because cuDNN failed to initialize

It is version conflict and This solve my problem [here](https://www.tensorflow.org/install/source#gpu). Try to match the verison.

Undo Feature using ctrl + Z shortcut
