i've added also config for all USA versions/revisions of ExciteBike 64 and Pokémon Stadium. Also added an entry for Pokémon Stadium Zero (JPN, 1998).
i have tested some games, and only some have the speed issues fixed. CTR: Crash Team Racing however still slows down in some parts of the game, sadly.
Wii64 and many other N64 emus (most common Project64) have different savedata file handling. Try using @DarkMatterCore's SBN64 tool for convert Project64 saves to Wii64 and viceversa: https://github.com/DarkMatterCore/sbn64/releases

@endrift In case you're interested, this problem occurs since mGBA Wii v0.6.2 and about WiiFlow Lite, it occurs since v5.4.9 and further. Currently we're using WFL 5.5.4 test build 2.
