@soichih -thanks. i'm going to add this to the support vector set of brains to use :) indeed this shows some weird effects. hopefully this will go away with the...

for kwyk, we are redoing the model with nobrainer. i think @kaczmarj has already created the variational pieces. also i have the data with the full freesurfer parcellations. we can...

@kaczmarj - the instructions are still off. there is no pretrained model in nobrainer-models. how does one find this: https://dl.dropbox.com/s/rojjoio9jyyfejy/nobrainer_spikeslab_32iso_weights.h5 we should do what we had said to turn nobrainer-models...

also had to do: `!pip install nobrainer tensorflow-gpu==2.1.0` also getting this error during training: ``` ValueError: Variable has `None` for gradient. Please make sure that all of your ops have...

@cristidonos - thanks for the report. we were retraining with two new models and larger block sizes (128^3). 1. the original data but with the full freesurfer labels (unfortunately some...

> block size, learning rates, epochs, etc ideally i'd like to be at 256^3 as that integrates information over the entire brain. regarding learning rates and epochs, the defaults for...

instead of this: ``` singularity run -e -B /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libnvidia-fatbinaryloader.so.430.50 \ -B /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libcuda.so.1 neuronets-kwyk--version-0.4-gpu.sing \ raiders/sub-rid000005/anat/sub-rid000005_run-01_T1w.nii.gz out ``` can you try: ``` singularity run -e --nv neuronets-kwyk--version-0.4-gpu.sing \ raiders/sub-rid000005/anat/sub-rid000005_run-01_T1w.nii.gz out ```

@PeerHerholz - do you mean to separate out the labels into different roi files? i think that part is relatively easy to do with a few lines of nibabel code,...

@kaczmarj - it may be worthwhile to add a conversion back to freesurfer scheme step at the end of the kwyk inference. this would likely require going label by label...

@ahoopes - is there a summary somewhere of what `mri_convert -c` does? or is the best thing to look at the code?
