I have the exact same issue. Would love to know the answer to this. I tried adding set STABLE_DIFFUSION_COMMIT_HASH="8bde0cf64f3735bb33d93bdb8e28120be45c479b" set ATTN_PRECISION=fp16 lines to webui-user.bat but it didn't help either.

Unfortunately it is not solved for me. I did what you suggested; deleted the huggingface folder in \ .cache\ and used --xformers arg in 'webui-user.bat' . 1.5 loads fine but...

I solved the issue by deleting the old installation and re-installing from scratch. I didn't need to delete the \ .cache\ folder.
