Option to output SNP distance rather than percentage

Visualisation of pairwise SNP distance distributions is a common exploratory analysis in genomic epi.

It's possible to go from panito output to absolute distances, but an option to output these directly would be nice.

Just a suggestion, thanks for the nice tool.
