EdgeR not working with new R version?

Not sure if anyone else is seeing this or if this is fixable from the BioTraDIS side, but whenever I try to run the tradis_comparison.R script it has issues with not being able to install or use the package edgeR. I'm trying to run it on a previous version of R but wondered if anyone else had seen this or has a fix?
