Security issues because of serving html files

This looks like a [same origin policy](https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/Security/Same-origin_policy) issue? Perhaps a wildcard DNS entry on the domain serving the HTML could offer a solution? Then use the hierarchy in reverse order...
