Unable to compile the source in Linux

Some functions used in source code (i.e. [strncpy_s](https://github.com/APGRoboCop/podbot_mm/blob/master/bot_chat.cpp#L36)) are not able to compile. Is there any instructions to build the source and generate the `podbot_mm_i386.so`? What I did is git-cloning...
