Finally possible with: 1. Install scikits.audiolab with that http://www.lfd.uci.edu/~gohlke/pythonlibs 2. Install libsoundfile with that http://www.mega-nerd.com/libsndfile/#Download 3. Copy/Paste this libsndfile-1.dll from C:/Program Files/Mega-Nerd/libsndfile/bin/ to C:/Python27/Lib/site-packages/scikits/audiolab/pysndfile/
Same for me. I need to maintain package with both hdbscan and numba. CI is becoming complicated. A release would be highly celebrated! Again, thanks a lot for this package.
