I take that back. I did a Pkg.update() and now the example works.

@remuant - by design, data assets are immutable i.e. they cannot be deleted. You can archive the data asset. More info here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/machine-learning/how-to-create-data-assets?view=azureml-api-2&tabs=cli#delete-a-data-asset
