Sorry about that @AndrewNB. Are you using Windows by any chance? Looks like `sh` isn't cross platform. I think I need to upgrade to the CRA-recommended x-platform method: https://facebook.github.io/create-react-app/docs/deployment#customizing-environment-variables-for-arbitrary-build-environments
