Layout breaks when wpml is active

I can't enqueue scripts & styles anymore since that sage uses bud

I can't enqueue scripts & styles anymore since that sage uses bud. Possibly because the 'dist' folder is now named 'public'? Or is there something else I'm doing wrong maybe?...
