This change went into Spark 3.3.1, so will need to be fixed before we support that version.

Removing from 22.02 until we have a more clear customer need.

This blocks issues https://github.com/NVIDIA/spark-rapids/issues/6142 and https://github.com/NVIDIA/spark-rapids/issues/6143

This likely does not impact us, but we should improve our predicate pushdown testing to ensure we are not impacted by this.

Any update on whether libcu++ will load the timezone database?

Removing from 22.10 and removing the P1 label until we can get a valid reproduce case.

We have not been able to reproduce this issue. Will reopen if it recurs.

Moving to draft so we do not accidentally merge before 22.10 is release. Otherwise, lgtm.
