hipcc script incorrectly passes arguments to LLVM plugin to internally invoked lld when it should suppress these.

hipcc script accepts the -fplugin= argument correctly but the arguments intended for the LLVM plugin passed through the -mllvm command line option are sent incorrectly to lld and lld complains...

Added E4S 24.05 containers.
