The upstream Docker image moved to [s6 v3](https://github.com/just-containers/s6-overlay/blob/master/MOVING-TO-V3.md) in https://github.com/linuxserver/docker-netbootxyz/pull/43 (as noted while investigating #11), and this image should do the same for the dnsmasq service setup.
