There is a problem with the expectedConfig.Volumes in the [test run results](https://github.com/docker/cli/actions/runs/3371293543/jobs/5593319477). Is there an additional change needed to go with the `"spec"` vs `"x-cluster-spec"` change?

I will close this issue on moby since this is likely specific to Docker Desktop. Consider opening an issue on docker/for-mac ot docker/for-win if you are still encountering this issue.
