如题，有时候输出内容比较长，一次性将内容输出在手机端qq群容易造成刷屏，希望能够将长内容分段输出，响应速度上(这个不确定，但是能发一点看一点)、观感上都会好一些

[Feature] 增加自动重新加载预设机制

比如在预设模板中加个标识，让gpt将标识和设定一起记忆，每次对话检查一下prompt里是否还带着标识，没有的话就认为gpt忘掉了预设，自动重新加载一下预设，并且不输出"进入设定模式"之类的响应信息

go-cqhttp停止维护了，真寻要迁移到NTQQ了吗

I've made sure that this file has been successfully loaded. I added a print statement at the very beginning of the file, and it outputs correctly when the program starts....
