This looks super useful! Do you think it'd be reasonable to also log `NSActivity` state in `UserActivity::Impl::beginActivity()`/`UserActivity::Impl::endActivity()`?

Looks like there's a bug where some pages are getting stuck with a `WebKit:Suspended` assertion when foreground. Investigating.

I think the test failures are unrelated. They only failed on mac-AS-debug-wk2 for apple platforms. The linux failure looks like an infrastructure issue with building. I'm not sure how this...

Removing the merging-blocked tag. Failures look unrelated. This change does not modify linux code and mac is only failing on debug builds in seemingly unrelated tests.

It seems like this broke some xml serialization tests. Working on it.
