Document Track creation

It's possible to add new tracks, but several steps need to be documented:

• [ ] leverage @shazz 's track manager to automatically tale new tracks into account

*Document procedure to prepare a track

• [ ] Create background, Shadow, mask and Overlay layers
• [ ] Create HTML Maps for borders and gates

*Improve tool_store_track_data.py to be interactive:

• [ ] Import HTML maps from files or paste
• [ ] Ask other other attributes
• [ ] generate json file
• [ ] interactive json file updates: ask which gate to update, insert or remove interactively with capture of coordinates
