Refactor the AI Gates system to use simple point based coordinates. It will be easier to manage and refine per track to avoid issues like #77 .

That means the random obstacles placements and gates mechanics, ramps and bridges will also be impacted. Not sure benefits are worth the effort. to be analyzed further
