After a crash the car appears too lately

If I'm not wrong in the original game, the car appears just after the choper passes over the crash and it is possible to play again. In pysprint the car only appears after the choper leaves the screen.

not sure but in the ST version it even looks like the car appears after a fixed period of time, sometimes the chopper is now even yet on top of it ! link: https://youtu.be/4NluIzYN5jg?t=507
