I still have hard time understanding you. Please mention the field names to be more clear

In Chrome keyboard shortcut for switching proxies should cycle

Shortcuts now will cycle at the end of the list. This is effective for both select next & select previous proxies. This will be out with the next release

That setting you've mentioned is for "Enable proxy per tab/origin". But what you are asking is something like "Whitelist per tab/origin" Which is weird and I'm not sure if there...
