I don't see much use case scenario for these kind of rules. Do you have any samples where this kind of stuff is implemented?
This is not possible in Chrome, in Firefox this is difficult to implement, but I keep this request open.

There is backup/restore already, just have the file with you. This doesn't make lots of sense to me.
Can you open the Console by pressing F12 and copy/past the logs and errors in the console here?
This might get implemented in future
