This PR adds a function to Lessons that allows users to edit the titles and descriptions of all subpages within the current page, in a single-page view.
Formerly this "in tool" markup pointed at /library/skin/default/tool.css - the 404 was harmless unless the tool was not inlined into the portal markup (i.e. in an iframe).
