APT/RPM PGP key for some repositories at pkgs.k8s.io expired at 2024-11-02

Running Ubuntu 22.04.5 LTS on WSL, I had to change the target directory from `/etc/apt/keyrings/` to `/etc/apt/trusted.gpg.d/` to make it work: `curl -fsSL https://pkgs.k8s.io/core:/stable:/v1.31/deb/Release.key | sudo gpg --dearmor -o /etc/apt/trusted.gpg.d/kubernetes-apt-keyring.gpg`
