not getting proper output

when i tried to run program in pychram with 3.7 version its showing always same timestamp and requests which is shown in below picture 

i tried in windows system and its not working and giving to my errors 

when i tried the code, getting like this 

not getting output and not printing

i am working in windows with pycharm. its not giving output. showing errors  

i trying to execute in windows10 but not successful
