Updated gradle 3.0.1, dependancies and introduced FusedLocationProviderClient

Updated gradle to 3.0.1, updated dependancies to latest versions and replaced LocationServices.FusedLocationApi with FusedLocationProviderClient as it was deprecated in newer android version.

selectableItemBackgroundBorderless issue in ConstraintLayout

selectableItemBackgroundBorderless is not working if ImageButton or Button is placed inside a View with a background, but selectableItemBackground still works. ``` ``` The ripple effects are gone.
