using the build from official arch repos, cpu is 10th gen intel. Any way to check if the build has QSV disabled? If that's the case I can report it...

Checked the update PKGBUILD [diff](https://github.com/archlinux/svntogit-community/commit/d65d0ed4c75198d5ace79e424d4e81bb7a694426) and didn't find anything related to build flags, so I doubt its a packaging issue. Also I suppose dependencies are setup properly since handbrake 1.5.1...
