Bug: Hover effect wont go away in gnome files

If I use the independent display, my computer will also have this situation, I think I should remove the animation effect to fix this

I like the animation effect but if it doesn't work thats one of the solutions I guess. Oh well.

This bug appears to not exist in Gnome Files 3.36.1.1-stable. I recommend updating your Gnome version to fix this if that is an option.

I am currently on Fedora 31. I think I will have to wait till files is updated to that by the maintainers. I would like to keep this ticket open until then, just for others to find this.
