your path should be like this : ` /home/your username/miniconda3/envs/DRAM/lib/python3.10/site-packages/mag_annotator/database_processing.py` replace 'your username' with the actual username. If you are using miniconda then there would be miniconda3 otherwise anaconda3. then...

@TKsh6, You installed through conda, what does this mean ? Did you able to set up the database also through conda, please explain the step then.
