`s` for source, `v` for value, both have the same legitimacy to me, `f` for filename would probably be better, as this is what is expected: a filename.

Je pense qu'il n'y a pas de problème à se baser sur une lib C un peu datée (ce qui reste à tester). Il faut voir comment configurer le CI...
