Because there is system ATLAS ,and when I am compiling 3D vent it is giving error for ATLAS. I found solution of installlibatlas-base-dev but it downgrade the atlas version available...

I am getting error -latlas could not be found during make all. Is there any way to avoid ,without touching existing atlas?
