.3ds is a ROM file that can be converted to an installable .cia, .3dsx I'd the homebrew file format. Reference [this](https://gbatemp.net/threads/cxitool-convert-3dsx-to-cia-directly.440385/) for converting it

For the sake of simplicity, I'll convert the latest release and upload it here, but it should be converted by hand for all future versions
