mosquitto flodding messages continuously

I am using [mosquitto-1.5.5](https://wwwin-opengrok.cisco.com/aci_main/xref/nx/aci/third-party/src/mosquitto/mosquitto-1.5.5/) but getting the below messages continuously. system struck at this point and the system is busy. please let me know if it is a known bug...
